OUR TECHNOLOGIES
We have an extensive machine park consisting of cutters, mechanical presses, guillotines and CNC equipment
AMADA AE-255NT turret punching machine with a servo-electric drive with a working area of 1270x2250mm, equipped with a tray of 45 tools, including 2 tools in the E station with a maximum diameter of 114.3mm (4.5 inches), is able to punch elements from plastic sheets, copper and steel up to 3.2mm thick.
Cutting and milling plotter
We have an AXYZ 4010 cutting-milling plotter with a working area of 1524x3050mm in our machine park, it is able to process plastic, rubber, foam, plywood, etc. The plotter has 3 heads: a drag knife, an oscillating knife and a milling head. The maximum gate clearance is 240mm.
Other machines
BURMET electromechanical guillotine shears are built as a strong and rigid welded structure of heavy plates and steel profiles. Cutting length up to 3000mm, sheet thickness up to 4mm. The guillotine shears have NC control for precise and quick change of the cut dimension
Other machines
The SONAROL SNR 1600 Slitter enables precise and quick cutting of materials in rolls with a maximum width of 1600mm, a diameter of up to 500mm and a thickness of up to 0.5mm inclusive. Laser-set knives, waste winders and a "banana" roller guarantee the highest quality.
